If you go down to the woods today, you're sure of a big surprise. But it's not just the bears causing problems! Look out for the evil Sheriff of Nottingham who's plotting how to increase his wealth whilst Robin Hood and Maid Marion do all they can to control him. Then there's catering supremo Sue and her dippy assistant son, Preston, who are looking for a new job.
Add in lots of children, a woodland fairy, Willy & Diddy, the sheriff's henchmen, jokes old and new, rousing songs, dazzling dancing and Ladies and Gentlemen you have the Rowntree Players 2011 Pantomime, Babes in the Wood
