Tickets for this year's RutsFest are no longer available online.

Members and their guests can buy tickets at the club bar or at the door.

Under 16's who have not purchased tickets in advance will be required to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The following conditions will apply to ticket purchases:

This year's RutsFest will be a member's only event. It will be open only to residents local to Merton Park who are Members of the Old Rutlishians Association or their guests. If you are not a member of the Old Rutlishians you can apply for annual membership by clicking here, or take advantage of complimentary day membership for RutsFest tickets included in your ticket purchase price. In accordance with our rules tickets must be purchased 48 hours before the event to allow you to be granted complimentary membership.

In purchasing your ticket you will agree to the following conditions (also published on www.theora.co.uk):
- You will be responsible for the behaviour of all persons for whom you purchase tickets at RutsFest, including all under 18’s who you will accompany to the event. Unaccompanied minors whose parents have not agreed to these conditions by purchasing a ticket online beforehand will be refused entry to the event.
- You will provide your correct contact details when you purchase the ticket (including Name, Address, Email Address and Contact Phone Number). If you are a new member these details will be used for your day membership
- If challenged upon entry, you will provide a proof of address that matches the ticket purchase address entered (to confirm that you are a resident local to Merton Park or a guest of same).
- You will be bound by the membership rules of the Old Rutlishians Association which can be provided upon request
- You agree to strictly adhere to, and be bound by UK drinking law age restrictions which apply at the time of the event
- You agree to allow representatives of the association to search your bags and your person upon entry
- You agree to allow representatives of the association to confiscate and destroy any alcohol found in the possession of an underage person.
- You agree to allow representatives of the association to refuse you entry or to eject you from the event if you do not comply with the association membership rules or with the prevailing UK law.
- You agree to provide proof of age upon entry if requested - and if unable or unwilling to do so - you accept that you will be ineligible to purchase or consume alcohol at the event.
- The event will take place in all bar the most dire of weather conditions. If the conditions are deemed to present a Heath and Safety risk, the event will not take place.
- Due to the substantial investment in facilities, food etc required by the club, there will be no refunds for tickets irrespective of weather conditions.
