Brilliantly theatrical, tragic yet tender, from These Green Heights is an extraordinary kaleidoscopic journey through the lives of two families and four decades.

The action moves from the 1960's afternoon, when Dessie first glimpses the landmark Ballymun Towers, to eh night in 2004 when his young daughter packs up to leave the flat that has been her lifelong home.

Winner of The Irish Times/ESB prize for Best New Irish lay, this epic true life story of love and struggle balances the destinies of those who stayed in the Towers and those who left but still carried its imprint on their hearts.

Discover a hidden history of modern Dublin through he relationship between this stigmatised suburb and the inhabitants who fought to reshape it, saw children born and die there, and, finally grew to call it home.
