Where is my e-ticket? I have paid!

Your e-ticket is emailed to you once payment has been received. Occasionally, the payment service provider (PSP) fails to return to Postickets in a timley manner. In this situation your ticket is marked 'Payment Pending' and you should wait for the producer of the event to release your e-ticket once they can confirm that they have received your payment.
