Dear Parents

This year we are once again holding two candle-lit services at All Saints Church, Marlow for Christmas. This time they are both on the same evening, Monday December 18th. The first service is at 6pm and the second is at 800pm. They are identical services other than that the second includes the Alumni Choir and is targeted specifically at our Alumni students. You may be aware that we have found it increasingly difficult to accommodate our parents over recent years as the church has had to put strict ticketing limitations for services. This is therefore the second time we have repeated the service. With the very large number of participants in the service we know it will be a challenge to accommodate all our parents in just the first service therefore we are making tickets available again from the Alumni Service.

We do have to request that parents purchase no more than a total of 2 tickets per family across both services or we will still have families who are disappointed. If the services appear to be selling out, please do not worry. We are phasing the release of tickets to be fair to parents who might not be available for the initial ticket release. Further batches of tickets will be released on
Tuesday, November 28th at 6pm
Thursday, November 30th at 12.00 midday
Tuesday, December 5th at 12.00 midday

As ever the carol service will be a traditional service of lessons and carols. We will be a taking a collection for charity and also towards our own Chapel and Cloisters restoration fund.

Many thanks as ever for your support,

Kay Mountfield,
Deputy Head Teacher
